“دولتي فعلت هذا!”

في هذه الغرفة، في ٩ أمتار مربعة، يعيش ٣ طلاب لبنانيين في فرنسا منذ بداية هذا العام الدراسي بطريقة غير قانونية، لعدم قدرتهم على دفع إيجاراتهم. والكثير من الطلاب في فرنسا وحول العالم يعيشون نفس الظروف، فبالرغم من صدور قانون يجبر المصارف على تحويل مبلغ ١٠٠٠٠$ لكل طالب على سعر الصرف الرسمي ١٥١٥ل.ل. في ٣٠ أيلول ونشره في الجريدة الرسمية في ٢٢ تشرين الأول وما زالت المصارف العاملة في لبنان ترفض تطبيق القانون والدولة بأركانها غير قادرة على إجبارها.

In this room, measuring 9 square meters, 3 Lebanese students have been living in France since the beginning of this academic year in an illegal way, because they were unable to pay rents.
